2026 Namsangol Traditional Experience: Artist’s Time

Artist’s Time offers hands-on Korean traditional arts activities inside the historic houses of Namsangol Hanok Village. Programs include needlework, bojagi wrapping-cloth craft, mother-of-pearl craft, hanji paper craft, Korean dessert making, ornaments, and bow making. Regular programs are scheduled on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays in six 50-minute sessions between 10:00 and 16:00, excluding the 12:00–13:00 lunch break. The program does not operate in July and August. Group tea ceremony and etiquette programs may be arranged separately for groups of 10 or more. Reservations should be made in advance, and prices vary by activity. 2026 Seoul Outdoor Library

The Seoul Outdoor Library turns three central Seoul public spaces into relaxed reading areas: Read at Seoul Plaza, Gwanghwamun Book Yard, and Read at the Clear Stream along Cheonggyecheon. Visitors can browse books and enjoy a city-center “story park” where reading, nature, and culture come together. The outdoor areas generally operate Friday through Sunday, with daytime and evening sessions. The outdoor program does not operate in July and August and is scheduled to resume afterward.
